"Help! My plotter is broken!!"

If you have an HP inkjet plotter that is not functioning properly, gives you error messages, or just needs to be cleaned and checked over, Varitronics’ HP certified repair technician can repair your plotter.

Warranty Service – If your plotter is under a warranty contract from HP, you must call this toll-free HP number: 800-633-3600. You can request that they dispatch our technician, but the decision to do so rests with them.

Advice from our Technician –

• If you are using mostly black with a color plotter, print a color swatch or A-size test once a week, to keep the color cartridges from drying up.

• Cheap insurance: To avoid damage from irregularities in the current, plug your plotter into a surge protector, rather than directly into a power outlet.
