	Varitronics Systems has been providing unrivaled support since becoming an authorized AutoCAD dealer in 1985. The firm concentrates on the hardware, software, consulting, customizing and training required to make computer aided design work for its clients. It provides the best technical support for AutoCAD in the New Jersey area. Every year since 1988, Varitronics Systems has been recognized by Autodesk as one of the 50 best dealers in the country for outstanding sales and support – the only New Jersey dealer so honored. Recommendations from satisfied users have prompted Autodesk to present Varitronics with awards for outstanding service, commemorating support that surpassed customers' expectations.
	BACKGROUND
	The company was established in July 1976, to provide various computer and electronic related services. Over the years, company personnel have taught computer courses, consulted on computer applications, and worked on developing computer systems and databases. In late 1984, we realized that the growing popularity of CAD on microcomputers opened up a special opportunity for our skills. In February 1985, Varitronics became an authorized AutoCAD dealer. Since then we have worked with many large and small companies, as well as with governmental and educational institutions, to install and improve their CAD capabilities.
	CLIENTS
	The majority of the organizations served by Varitronics Systems are located in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. These companies range from architectural and engineering consultants with one or two employees to Fortune 100 companies. We have worked with mechanical, chemical, electrical and civil engineers, as well as architects, and facility planners. More than half our sales consist of additional systems to existing clients, or add-on hardware and software for these systems. We have helped our clients make their CAD installations successful. As their CAD needs have grown, they have asked our help in upgrading their capabilities.

Because the engineers in the company have used CAD systems to do many projects, they can provide our clients with the support they need to maximize performance. They communicate well with our clients, because they are professionals –engineers with many years of practical experience in an engineering environment.
	We offer a variety of services aimed at helping clients to get the best return possible on their CAD investments. We evaluate hardware and software, in order to make the best recommendations to our clients, who have come to respect our advice. We have provided networking, installation, and troubleshooting, translating, scanning, customized menus and consulting services, as well as training geared to the needs of the company and the background of those being trained.
